Description
I worked really hard on this and I am quite proud of it, there are a few things I would change if I knew how but I don't yet so I will keep practising. She is supposed to be swimming, but so far I've had a few people say that it just looks like she has been cut in half.

Pertaining to Feferi the character-
The first things I notice straight off is that her face fins are a little high. In the comic, the fins are on her cheeks while you've placed them around where her ears would go. They're also a tad bit small. Her nose is also on the small side. If you wanted to give her more of a fish-like look, you could give her two slits (sort of like a Voldemort nose ovo) Her horns are kind of thin, but other than that they look great!
Hands are always difficult. I'm not that great at them either. All I can suggest is looking at a few tutorials and practicing a lot.Her elbows are kind of pointy and her arms should taper at the wrists.
I really like how you did her necklaces! The individual beeding and the way they're moving in the water is really awesome and adds to the picture. I also like the way her hair is flowing, though her bangs should be flowing upwards with the rest of her hair too. I also really like the glowing particles in the water.
In the future when you're drawing webbed fingers, try to make the film between them curve back towards the palm, because that's how that happens in nature and curving them the other way makes them look kind of loose and inefficiant for swimming ^^
